Fieldstone Dental requires a minimum 24hrs notice of cancellation for all appointments. Our phone number is 204-520-3678. This is to give us time to contact others who are awaiting treatment to come in. If an appointment is missed with insufficient notice Fieldstone Dental reserves the right to charge a $100 no show fee and/or a $100 non-refundable deposit to rebook your appointment. Any deposit will be applied to completed future treatment and fees.
